Senior Human Factors Practioner & Researcher - London

With a background in Ergonomics or Human Factors and a passion for understanding people, places, and cultures, you’ll collaborate with clients, designers, and colleagues to plan research activities, conduct global fieldwork, analyse findings, and translate and communicate those insights for diverse audiences.
With around 5 years+ of commercial experience and well-honed communication skills, you will be responsible for consulting with clients and developing successful business relationships. You’ll also have a track record of managing projects and teams, knowledge of future social and marketing trends, and a real enthusiasm for design.
EXPERIENCE • Solid theoretical and practical grounding in Human Factors, particularly physical ergonomics, is required, preferably with graduate qualification in Human Factors, or a related discipline. • Successful track record of reviewing, overseeing and leading projects. • A medical/clinical background is highly desired, but not essential. • Fluency in multiple languages is also an advantage, but not required. • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
